New Business
 
 Resolution to accept the Supervisor’s Report for the month of January 2020.
 
 Resolution to adopt Local Law #1 for the Year 2020 entitled “A Local Law Imposing a Six-Month Moratorium on Placement and/or Construction of Commercial Solar Energy Projects”.
 
 Resolution to adopt Local Law #2 for the year 2020 entitled “Engineering Cost Recovery Law”.
 
 Resolution to award the bid to CivicPlus to create a new website for the Town of Royalton at a cost not to exceed $12,450.00. This will be paid for using the three-year payment option at $5,650.00 per year. The bid submitted by CivicPlus provides the best overall value for the town.
 
There were three bids submitted for this project:
 C & H PC - $1,612.87 - our current IT provider
 CivicsPlus – Year One Investment - $12,450.00
($10,200 development fee + $2,250 Annual Hosting/Maintenance Fee)
(Option to spread cost over 3 years @ $5,650.00 / year – includes Annual Hosting/Maintenance Fee)
Second Year and beyond - $2,250.00 / year for Hosting/Maintenance Fee
 Revize – Year One Investment - $10,500.00
Second year and beyond - $2,200.00 / year
 
 Resolution to accept the following individuals in to membership of the Wolcottsville Volunteer Fire Company:
 Chris Carier – change from Social Member to Active Firefighter Member
 John Miszuk – EMS ONLY Member
 Cheri Schumacher – Social Member
 
 Resolution to authorize the American Diabetes Association to utilize the Royalton Town Hall for a rest stop for the annual Tour de Cure bike ride on Saturday, June 6, 2020 from 8:45 AM to 12:10 PM.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to sign the contract with Occustar for the fire company medical exams for 2020-2021.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to sign the Water Supply Agreement with the Town of Alabama for Mr. Montroy at 217 Lewiston Road, Alabama.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to sign the contract with Wendel for the 2020 Comprehensive Plan Update at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00. This will be paid for with excess sales tax monies.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to accept and sign the proposal submitted by GHD, Town
Engineers, for the “Professional Engineering Services for the Singer Road Waterline Project , Phase 2”
at a cost not to exceed the lump sum of $14,000.00.
 
 Resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the 2020 Cemetery Mowing season.
The season will run from April 1, 2020 through October 31, 2020. This bid will include all seven (7)
cemeteries maintained by the Town of Royalton.
 
 Resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids to cut and remove the trees marked in the
Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.
 
 Resolution to appoint Justine Wittcop, EIT, as the Alternate Member for the Town of Royalton Planning
Board. The term of office will run from February 10, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
 
 Resolution to amend the Town of Royalton Procurement Policy to include ‘NY CLASS” to be one of
the banking institutions for the Town of Royalton.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to invest funds in NY CLASS on behalf of the Town of
Royalton. These monies will remain liquid for the town to utilize as needed.
 
 Resolution to authorize Supervisor Bragg to deposit $215,191.64 of excess sales tax monies in to the
Water Capital Reserve Fund.
 
 Resolution to call for a Public Hearing on March 9, 2020 at 7:00 PM to hear and consider an amendment
to our existing Dog Control Law to include a mandatory Leash Law.
 
 Resolution for permission to pay the bills.
 
 Any additional items that need to come before the board at this time.
